1 stick butter (or 1c) @ room temperature (coconut oil or another fat is OK)
1c peanut butter
1/2c sugar + 1/4c brown sugar, [or] 3/4c sweetener of choice; raspadura, panella, sucanat, etc. Add up to 1/2c
molasses, depending upon how refined is your chosen option.
1t vanilla if it's not too expensive.
1t salt if you care.
*add*
1c chocolate chips
*then add*
4 large or 5 small eggs
1T vanilla
*add*
1c peanuts
*pour on top*
3/4c flour of choice
*make a well*
*add to it*
1/2t baking soda
Stir these two together and stir into mixture completely and evenly so no baking soda lumps.
*mix together and stir in*
1 c ground flax seeds
7c oats
put into 9x13 cake pan
bake @ 350F for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and smells good
